Some tests like fasting blood sugar, lipid profile, and glucose tolerance require fasting for 10–12 hours. You will be informed during booking if fasting is needed.

For fasting tests (like sugar or lipid profile), the ideal sample collection time is 6:00 AM–11:00 AM. For non-fasting tests, slots are available till 7:00 PM subject to slot availability. Morning bookings ensure technician home visit within 60 minutes. Note: Sunday/holiday collections may not be available in all cities.

In rare cases, tests may be cancelled by the lab due to clinical, technical, or pre-analytical reasons. You will be notified via SMS and email. Fresh sample collection will be arranged free of cost, or you may opt for a refund. Full refunds are issued if all tests are cancelled; partial refunds are provided if some reports are released. Refunds are calculated based on the unreported test value and credited directly to your account. [View full cancellation & refund policy].

If your hard copy reports haven’t arrived within 3–5 days, email orders@thyrocare.com for quick resolution. We’ll expedite delivery and share tracking details. You can also request a PDF report by emailing at softcopy@thyrocare.com using your barcode/order ID. Please note, hard copies are available at an additional cost of ₹75.

Soft copy reports are sent to your registered email. If not received, mail softcopy@thyrocare.com. Reports are generated after complete test processing. You may get partial reports until all tests are completed.

For complaints, write to complaints@thyrocare.com or call 022-30900000. You can also WhatsApp us at 9870666333 (24x7). If unresolved, escalate by forwarding the same thread to redressals@thyrocare.com. Complaint resolution TAT is 24–48 hours, depending on the case.
